6am

BREAKFAST

6 egg whites 1 whole egg

w/4 oz. lean ham,
- 2 slices EZEKIEL toast
w/sugar free strawberry jelly, coffee

WORKOUT (Monday - Friday)

8am

POST-WORKOUT

1 & 3/4 scoops Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, 3/4 cup oatmeal  with cinnamon/splenda.
5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate
11am
LUNCH

RIPPED RECIPE

6 oz. extra lean ground beef, 
3/4 cup whole wheat pasta,
light pasta sauce, fresh mushrooms &
1 tbs. parmesean cheese

2pm
SNACK
Met-Rx Protein Plus Bar  or

Met-Rx Original, & an apple

5pm
DINNER
8oz chicken breast or Top Sirloin,
Baked Potato, HUGE green salad variety of veges topped w/light ranch dressing..
8pm
SNACK
Vitamin Shoppe Protein Pudding or
2 low carb yogurts or 1 cup cottage cheese with sugar free jelly.
plus 2 grams of fish oil
*GREEN TEA, Crystal Light & WATER throughout the day.
